USING PROMOTION CODES

Promotional offers are associated with price breaks achieved through bulk purchases from our manufacturer, allowing us to extend the cost savings to users who avail themselves of the promotional code. Bulk-buy orders constitute special orders placed to fulfill the requirements of the promotional offer and may require up to three months to be fulfilled. This extended time period facilitates the provision of the associated discount.

We will proactively reach out to all customers who have used a promotional code, providing them with information about the anticipated timeframe for order fulfillment and dispatch.

REGULAR PURCHASES - DISPATCH & DELIVERY

Items that are currently available in stock will be dispatched within two days after the payment for the order has been successfully processed. For customers who purchase products that are currently out of stock, we will promptly get in touch with them, providing detailed information regarding the expected timeframe for order fulfillment and dispatch.

For deliveries within the North Island (non-rural areas), please expect a standard delivery time of approximately five business days following dispatch.

For deliveries within the South Island (non-rural areas), please anticipate a standard delivery time of approximately seven business days following dispatch.

For deliveries to rural areas throughout New Zealand, please allow for a standard delivery time of approximately nine business days following dispatch.

Shipping is free within New Zealand. 

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address during checkout.
